For orders to UK mainland the delivery cost is £3.95.

Orders over £40.00 total will be eligible for free standard delivery.
Every effort will be made to despatch goods the same day, if ordered by 3.00pm, subject to stock availability. If part of an order is out of stock, it will be sent out separately free of postage. 
Please allow 2-5 days for delivery.


Some large or heavy items carry additional postage and the cost will be clearly indicated next to the items when ordering.


You can choose to have your order sent by special delivery at a cost of £7.95, guaranteeing delivery by 1.00pm the next day(Monday to Friday), providing your order is received before 3.00pm and all items are in stock.

Items sent by Special Delivery on a Friday, guaranteeing delivery before 1.00pm on Saturday, will be charged at £10.95.



Postage costs for countries outside of the Unite Kingdom vary depending on destination.
Postage costs will be displayed at checkout once you enter your postal address.

If you would like your parcel to be sent to a different address from the billing address, please complete the address panel at the checkout.

(UK customers only) 

Parcels can only be sent to the billing address for overseas customers.


If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from The Gogglebox, simply return your unwanted item(s) within 21 days of the purchase date.

Please ensure the item(s) you are returning is in a fully re-saleable condition, including original packaging, swing tags and hygiene labels, where applicable.

Please remember to check size and quality of goods before embroidery etc, as no credit can be given for worn, printed or processed goods.

Please clearly indicate on your customer returns form, the item you are returning and the reason.

If you require an exchange, please clearly indicate your revised choice of item(s).

Refunds will be credited to your account on receipt of your parcel.


Proof of postage should be obtained from the post office when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in the post.

We recommend items high in value be returned by recorded delivery.


If your goods are received damaged or your order is missing, please contact us immediately by calling 01702 711991 or e-mail and we can advise you of what to do next.

Please note, for items lost in the post, we have to wait 5 days past the standard delivery time (UK mainland)before we can re send the order. For overseas customers, we have to wait 30 days, before re sending the order.


When returning faulty goods, please detail the nature of the complaint, date purchased and any additional information that may help us resolve your problem promptly.


Size charts are provided for guidance only. Please be aware that unless otherwise stated, the sizes quoted are ‘to fit’ in inches or cm’s, they are not indicative of the actual size of the garment, as some styles are designed to be worn loose/baggy and others are designed to be worn fitted.


For the purpose of these conditions, The Gogglebox or any of its trading names shall be referred to as ‘we’ or ‘us’ and the consumer shall be referred to as ‘you’. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
